We offer a unique opportunity to combine an active fitness stay with backpacking and adventures in South Africa.
In South Africa you have the opportunity to get in shape together with other young people and travelers. Work outs are organized every day. The training consists of yoga, pilates, crossfit and endurance training. You also get personal guidance and the opportunity for a training program when the week comes to an end.
Training usually takes place in the morning, and thus the afternoons are usually free. This is when other activities are planned and you can snorkel with seals, learn to surf or hike up Table Mountain and enjoy the stunning views of Cape Town.
In addition to the fitness classes there are two meals included per day (breakfast + dinner). You will be accommodated at Salty Crax in Cape Town. 1x airport transfer is included - either to or from the airport.
