Surfers Paradise

Travel to Surfers Paradise - The fancy jewel of Australia's goldcoast

Surfers Paradise is the ultimate dream place for surfing, relaxing and luxurious lifestyle. It's located on the Goldcoast of Queensland, and offers some of the best beaches in the world!

Surfers Paradise is a suburb on the goldcoast in Queensland and is one of the most popular vacation destinations in Australia. Here you'll find a perfect match of modern city life and beach life. The skyline with huge skyscrapers is impressive, but so are the beaches, as Surfers Paradise has some of the best and cleanest beaches in the world! Nice cafes and restaurants are along the beachfront. Just grab your towel after a long day of shopping and hit the beach.

Night life, shopping, theme parks and so much more - Surfers Paradise has it all!

The city is full of action, not only by day, but also by night. Bars and clubs start buzzing with people in the early evening, and there are all kinds of events to keep you entertained such as street artists and circus acts around Cavill Mall. Most of the bars are located along Orchid Avenue and some offer discounts for backpackers.
Gold Coast theatres offer live performances and there are also cabaret restaurants for a nice evening out.

Surfers Paradise is close to many of Queensland's theme parks such as Dreamworld, which is the biggest theme park in Australia. There is also the famous Dracula's Haunted House, which is located in the centre of Surfers Paradise. This is not recommended if you're easily scared, as this horror house will without a doubt give you the creeps. For more sophisticated activities there are some art galleries with local artists showcases. See the Gold Coast Art Gallery located in 135 Bundall Rd.

To get a bird perspective, check out the Q1 Observation Deck in the Hamilton Avenue, which is a super fast elevator that takes you up to 322 meters from the sea level. There is also a cinema and a bar located in the building. And if you are up to some serious shopping, head to the Surfers Paradise Beachfront Market and in the Central Business District you'll find the Cavill Mall. Cavill Avenue is the main shopping district.
