The HiTop campervan has a little more comfort and space compared to a Chubby campervan. It's the most compact campervan in its class and equipped with all the conveniences you need for a road trip in Australia. Unlike a Chubby campervan you can easily stand up inside the HiTop campervan because it has a higher roof. Also, the HiTop has air conditioning in the driver section, so you can stay nice and cool during those hot days in outback Australia.

Driving and sleeping

The front seats accomodates 3 people (two adults and a child) while driving, but only 2 people can sleep in the double bed in the rear of the campervan. If you bring a child on your trip, there is a roof top single bed with a max length of 1.6 m. During the day, the double bed can be stored and a table pops up. Up to 4 people can have a nice campervan dinner at the table. Under the bunks you have space for luggage. Check out the video below for a closer look at the H-Top campervan in Australia.

Cooking, refrigerator and washing

In the middle of the HiTop campervan you find the refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink. The gas stove has two burners. The sink is connected to a cold water pump. The microwave is convenient when you need to heat your food in a hurry - you're hungry, right! There is also a 57 L fridge where you can keep your groceries cool. Quite important when it's hot outside.

What does it cost to rent a campervan

The rental price varies according to demand and season. You'll get the lowest price if you book your campervan well in advance when availability is high. It's also cheaper to travel during low season. On the other hand, if you book close to your departure date or book your campervan for high season, you'll pay more. It's just like flight tickets!
